COMPOUNDING PROCESS

Raw material mixed with additives and moved to SILO & then to extruder hopper


EXTRUSION PROCESS

Compound material is melted in specified temperature and shape then cooled and formed into uPVC pipes. Marked with CIJ printer & cut into required lengths (3Mtrs/5Mtrs/6 Mtrs)


PIPE SOCKETING PROCESS

Pipes are socketed (solvent cement joint form) through manually / automatic socketing machine


BUNDLING & MOVING TO FINISHED GOODS AREA

After socketing process, pipes are threaded at male & female portions by CNC lathe machines

Casing pipes are manufactured using a special Lead Free PVC-U compound which makes them ideal for the transportation of hard, salty, sandy or chemically aggressive water.
Our pipe’s design makes them ideal for domestic wells, industrial wells, public and mining wells. These pipes are also anti-corrosive, which prevents chemicals in the soil from affecting them. Casing pipes are easy to install as the threaded ends ensure that the pipes can be interlocked without the use of cements or adhesives.
Our pipe’s are better than conventional metal pipes as they are corrosion free and long lasting. These pipes do not alter the water quality and are recyclable.

These pipes are available in 40 mm (1 1/2”) to 250 mm (10”) sizes for different well depths. Our varied range of casing pipes conforms to the IS 12818 and ASTM D 1785 standards.

Installation Guideline

STEPS
DESCRIPTION
1
Ensure that pipes threads are proper and clean it with normal water to avoid forceful jointing.

CASING pipes are highly recommended in the area where loose soil & slit/loose boulders & loose stones are prevalent.

Fit the rubber gasket properly on the space on the casing pipes.
4
Fit C damp the bell end on the pipe and lower the assembly done with the help of chain pulley block (Provide sand trap with endplug as necessary).

After lowering pipe up to the clamp level, fix the rubber gasket on another pipe & tighten it gently with the lowered pipe. After tightening, use pipe/chain wrench for proper jointing, but

Fix the next clamp with the pipe above and bend below and connect the chain pulley with clamp.

Remove the clamp of lowered pipe & start lowering further.
8
Repeat the jointing method till the required depth of borewell.
9
Centering guide to be fitted wherever necessary.

Fill the gravel between pipe & bore hole.
